A wedding we filmed

Aishwarya + Ankit

Aishwarya and Ankit’s Hindu wedding took place at The Arlington Estate in Vaughan. Planned by SJ Soirée, the day included a first look, Baraat and Aarti before their outdoor ceremony beneath the estate’s gazebo.

The celebration continued with cocktail hour on the West Wing Terrace, sunset portraits and an evening reception with speeches, cake cutting, a first dance with dry ice and sparklers, and dancing into the night.

Planning your film here

01

Map the ceremonial sequence

A first look, Baraat, Aarti and outdoor ceremony need different camera positions. Share the sequence with us and your planner, including who is central to each part.

02

Plan the outdoor alternative

Discuss the ceremony position, microphones and weather arrangements with the venue. A clear plan helps us record the words as well as the setting.

03

Coordinate reception effects

Dry ice and sparklers accompanied this couple’s first dance. Any effects should be agreed with the venue and operated by the appropriate supplier, with the film team included in the cue.

Your wedding, seen with fresh eyes.

Tell us what draws you to The Arlington Estate and what you want your film to hold. We’ll plan around your people, your traditions and the way you want to experience the day.
