The Pearle Hotel & Spa Wedding Films
A wedding by the lake, with space for the people who make it yours. Rachel and Dylan’s Pearle celebration brought their getting-ready moments, ceremony and reception together at the hotel.

A wedding we filmed
Their film moves from quiet moments with family in the hotel rooms to portraits beside Lake Ontario. The planning timeline connected a ceremony in Laurentide with a reception in Edgewater, with a same-day edit included in the evening. Julia Stewart Events coordinated the celebration.
Planning your film at The Pearle
Give each room its own place in the timeline
Rachel and Dylan’s plans brought getting ready, a Laurentide ceremony and an Edgewater reception into one hotel. Even without a drive between venues, leave time for the film team to move equipment, prepare sound and capture the next room before guests enter. Confirm the rooms and access times for your own booking with the hotel.
Protect the quiet moments before the ceremony
Family time in the getting-ready rooms is part of the story, not just preparation for it. We recommend at least an hour with each of you for final touches, conversations and the moments in between. Our wedding film planning guide explains how to make space for that coverage.
Plan lakefront portraits and the evening screening together
For this celebration, the timeline included portraits beside Lake Ontario and a same-day edit during the evening. Coordinate your portrait window with your photographer and planner, including an indoor alternative. If you want a screening, agree the editing window, playback equipment and reception cue in advance. Here’s what goes into a same-day wedding edit.
